We want you to love your Piece of Stass pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. Please read this Policy before requesting a return.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date your order is delivered (as shown by carrier tracking). Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted, except where required by law or for defective items (Section 6).
EU/UK customers: You may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation that begins when you receive the goods. This Policy is intended to be consistent with those rights, which it does not override.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories;
- In original, resalable condition; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a reasonable deduction for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Restocking Exclusions)
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable (except where defective or required by law):
- Intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal removed), and pierced jewelry/earrings;
- Cosmetics, skincare, and other personal-care items once opened or used;
- Final-sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items (clearly marked at purchase);
- Gift cards;
- Personalized or made-to-order items;
- Items returned without authorization, damaged by misuse, or missing tags/packaging.

4. How to Start a Return

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/incorrect item (Section 6).
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item is defective, incorrect, or where required by law.
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for any return customs duties or fees.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within
[7]days of delivery at[SUPPORT/RETURNS EMAIL]with your order number and clear photos of the item, defect, and packaging. - If confirmed, we will, at your option and our reasonable discretion, provide a free replacement, repair, or full refund (including original and return shipping). You will not pay return shipping for verified defective/incorrect items.
7. Sizing & Fit Disputes
- Because many items are made by overseas suppliers, sizing may differ from U.S. standards. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.
- A garment that does not fit but is otherwise as described and free of defects is treated as a standard (non-defective) return: eligible within the 14-day window under Section 2, with the customer responsible for return shipping.
- "Wrong size ordered" by the customer is not a defect. We may offer an exchange (Section 8) where stock allows.
8. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability, within the 14-day window.
- To exchange, follow the return process (Section 4) and indicate the desired replacement. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
- If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
9. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (processed via Stripe) within
[5–10] business daysof approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. - Refunds cover the price of eligible returned items. Original shipping is refunded only where required (defective/incorrect items or by law). Any return shipping borne by the customer is not reimbursed for standard returns.
- If a refund is delayed beyond the stated time, please contact your bank first, then us.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund within the stated period, (1) check your bank/card statement, (2) contact your card issuer (posting times vary), and (3) contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if still unresolved.
11. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched (see Shipping Policy, Section 9). Once dispatched, the returns process applies.
12. Chargebacks
Please contact us to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a resolvable issue, or for an item that was delivered as described, may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with supporting evidence.
